Waikele Outlet Mall

Waikele Outlet mall has 50 designer stores selling goods for sometimes half the price. Everything from clothing and perfumes to sportswear and home goods can be found here. While not as large as some outlet malls on the mainland there is still a decent selection.

Located about 25 minutes outside of Waikiki just west of Pearl Harbor it is just off of the H1 expressway at exit 7. It is approximately 15 miles west of Honolulu.

If you prefer not to drive there is are shuttle services that make several pick up points throughout Waikiki. The cost ranges from $15-$20 roundtrip. Check at your hotel with the bell desk or concierge for arrangements.

No appointments are necessary but it is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes early to the shuttle stop for pick up.

The bus goes out there but it would take forever (probably over 2 hours one way) and a cab would be quite expensive ($75+ one way). The exact address for the outlet mall is 94-790 Lumaina Street, Waipahu, HI 96797. Telephone is 808-676-5656.

waikele outlet store

There are stores in just about every category here for women, men, children and the home. For example there is Coach, Banana Republic, Armani Exchange, Addidas and Ralph Lauren. My favorite store is Guess.

I've noticed that whatever the Guess store is selling at Ala Moana shopping center will probably be out there in 5-6 months but at drastically reduced prices.

I think that international shoppers such as Australians will find the prices more to their advantage because these things cost so much more back home.

Store hours are Mon-Sat 9am-9m, Sunday 10am-6pm. Hours tend to be longer during the Christmas season. Store Listings & Map

waikele premium outletsOn the opposite side of the street there is Waikele Center including an Old Navy and some restaurants to eat at.

If you would like to make a day of shopping then I suggest hitting the Aloha Stadium Flea Market first and then heading over to the outlet mall afterwards.

Eat lunch across the street or grab a quick bite while shopping. If you have lots of bags then I would suggest driving.
